Joaquin's Recipe Of The Week: Crème Brûlée

We got back from Paris and were craving all of the yummy treats we had. Joaquin tried crème brûlée at a little cafe and continued to eat the rest of mine very quickly. For some reason I thought this recipe was tricky to make, due to the hardened top and consistency, so I didn’t think about making it for the recipe of the week. Although, after some research I realized it’s pretty easy, and only has 5 ingredients! It turned out SOOOO yummy, and the hardened sugar worked perfect on broil. You can find the recipe I used here!
