Oh the airport….such lovely establishments with a peaceful environment and ultimate comfort. JOKE! Ok, it’s really not too bad, but adding babies to the mix requires preparation. We have our system down, so we thought we would take you guys on a look through our airport/plane process

• Put Luna in Ergobaby Carrier

• Pop out Babyzen YOYO Stroller for Joaquin

• Have IDs out and check bags. Put UPPAbaby carseat and travel booster in the travel bag to check

• Go through Pre-Check or Clear (best purchase you’ll ever make)

• Food time!!! Now scatter and find the best snacks. We get kids meals for long flights, and it’s also entertaining for the kiddos. And lots of bottled water!

• Get to the gate and fold stroller down for the overhead

• Once we get our seats we use sanitary wipes to clean our area, and then settle in

• Set up the iPad and Nintendo Switch with portable chargers (one of our favorites) if needed

• Usually Luna is ready for a nap once we take off, so Abner or Amanda hold her (with lots of screaming) until she falls asleep

• Joaquin is definitely entertained for the majority of flights with Super Smash Bros.

• Luna watches Sesame Street on the iPad with her CozyPhones for a bit, and then we hand her back and forth for the rest

• Then we start chanting “Land the plane! Land the plane! Land the plane!”

• Once we get off the plane we pop out the stroller and head to baggage claim

• Then we put the carseats in the car, throw the bags in the trunk and high five in victory!
