Joaquin & Friends Museum Guides: Los Angeles Discovery Cube

This museum guide is a little different since we’re in our own hometown! The Discovery Cube has a Wild Kratts exhibit this summer so obviously we HAD to go!

This museum was so much fun, and had so many interactive activities all about the state of California. There was a model of the LA river and even a simulated helicopter ride. There was also an awesome kid size grocery store, with a game that involved scanning the correct food.

The Wild Kratts room did not disappoint. Joaquin put on his power animal vest thing (what’s is called again?) and started exploring immediately. There was a zip line, penguin slide, and even a show! Joaquin was a volunteer for the show, where he got to pick an animal to learn about. He chose a hummingbird “because of mommy and daddy’s song” (SO CUTE).

We had a blast at the Discovery Cube and can’t wait to be back soon!
