Joaquin's Recipe Of The Week: Fruit Galette

This week’s recipe is a little different, since we’re in a hotel in Chattanooga! Our plans changed a bit this week, and we had to evacuate from Charleston due to the hurricane. This added a few days off in Chatt, so we had plenty of time for baking. Amanda had the great idea to make a fruit galette, and Joaquin picked the blueberry and peach filling.
