Joaquin's Recipe Of The Week: Snickerdoodles

Ok, so Amanda got an ice cream maker last week….which obviously meant we had to focus the recipe of the week around that. Snickerdoodles also seemed to be coming up in conversation, so we decided on snickerdoodle ice cream sandwiches! I used Mrs. Sigg’s cookie recipe, and the ice cream maker chocolate ice cream recipe.
